Poltava Agrarian University and “Paradigma.Ukraine” signed a memorandum of cooperation

On June 16, 2026, Poltava State Agrarian University and the Charitable Foundation “Paradigma.Ukraine” officially signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document was signed by the rector of the university, Oleksandr Halych, and the chairman of the board of the charitable organization, Serhiy Antonenko.

As part of the working visit of the deputy chairman of the board of the Charitable Foundation “Paradigma.Ukraine” for the implementation of social programs, associate professor of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of the Poltava State Agrarian University, Nataliya Ilenko-Lobach, a discussion of the mechanisms for implementing the initiative on the basis of the Poltava State Agrarian University took place. The meeting was attended by the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work Andriy Doroshenko, director of the educational and scientific institute of economics, management, law and information technologies Dmytro Dyachkov, and the executive secretary of the admissions committee Mykola Vovk.

The participants examined in detail the full path of the future entrant, in particular the issues of coordination during the admission campaign, personal data protection, and monitoring of student success in order to timely adjust support.

Further interaction will be carried out within the framework of the charitable program “Educational Impulse”. Its main goal is to eliminate financial barriers for talented young people from the eastern and front-line regions, who, despite difficult life circumstances, strive to obtain high-quality higher education.
The program provides a comprehensive approach: the fund provides financing for training courses for NMT and payment of tuition for selected applicants on a contract basis. Poltava State Agrarian University, for its part, guarantees information support for applicants, organizational support for the admission process and assistance in the rapid adaptation of students to the university environment.

Thanks to this partnership, graduates from the eastern and front-line regions will receive a real opportunity to obtain higher education and realize their professional potential.
